Terms of Use
By using or browsing the website of Dorm Drinks LLC, Dorm Drinks.com you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions listed herein. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, you should not use or browse the website. These Terms form an implicit and ongoing contract between you and Dorm Drinks LLC and apply to your use of the site and our services. Please read carefully. Dorm Drinks LLC reserves the right to change, with or without notice to you, the Terms and Conditions listed herein.

By your agreement with the Terms and Conditions, we assume the customer's knowledge of the said terms. The customer assumes responsibility for knowing the Terms and Conditions and being treated in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy and Copyright policies - as these are extensions to the Terms and Conditions.

Our Service
Dorm Drinks LLC is a beverage delivery service, in that it provides the service of purchasing drinks on your, the customer's, behalf, and then delivering these purchases to your place of residence. All listed prices include the purchasing cost to Dorm Drinks LLC and a delivery fee. Due to the variety of products, which our customers can have delivered, this delivery fee varies from product to product. However, in all cases, the price listed for a product covers the entire transaction. There are no additional fees.

Eligibility
Dorm Drinks LLC delivers beverages only to eligible students at eligible schools. At the University of Notre Dame, this includes any student living in a residence hall on campus. At other campuses, eligible students include those living in the residence halls on that school's respective delivery schedule. Purchases transacted through the Paypal and Authorize.net processes by ineligible individuals, as stated above, will be cancelled and refunded. Dorm Drinks LLC apologizes for any inconvenience or confusion in regards to this matter.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Dorm Drinks LLC is a limited liability corporation committed to providing a quality service at an affordable price. All purchases transacted through DormDrinks.com via our PayPal and Authorize.net Checkout processes are final and therefore non-refundable. Once a sale is processed, there will be no refunds or cancellations. Customers who do not receive their product on the specified delivery date, due to an error on the part of Dorm Drinks LLC or without prior notice of a delivery change, are eligible for a full refund. In the event that inclement weather or extenuating circumstances prevent Dorm Drinks LLC from honoring a delivery date, customers will be notified by email (if provided) and an alert will be posted on DormDrinks.com as soon as possible. Deliveries will then be processed on the next possible date. Affected customers are not eligible for full refunds, but will receive refund and discount considerations for future dates and deliveries.

Delivery Policy
Dorm Drinks LLC adheres to the delivery calendar and schedule posted on its website, DormDrinks.com. These items are found on most pages of the site. If the customer or the customer’s roommate is not in the room when the deliveryperson arrives, the deliveryperson will try once more within that day's delivery cycle to delivery directly to your room. If no contact can be made, the Dorm Drinks LLC representative will leave the delivery directly outside the dorm room. After a delivery has been made, Dorm Drinks LLC relieves itself of responsibility for the product. At this point, it becomes the customer's product and their sole responsibility. Dorm Drinks LLC does not refund for stolen products, damages incurred, or injuries suffered after the delivery has been made and during use. The customer assumes all liability for the use, disposal, or redistribution of the products Dorm Drinks LLC has delivered on their behalf.

Subscription Order Policy
A subscription is an arrangement in which a customer pays Dorm Drinks LLC a single up-front payment in order to have a particular product delivered on a monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly basis. The customer, once payment has been processed and data has been entered, is eligible to receive said deliveries according to the created delivery series on the subscriptions page of the Dorm Drinks LLC website. If exterior factors prevent Dorm Drinks LLC from fulfilling the full term of a subscription, the customer is eligible for a refund equal to the proportionate outstanding deliveries. Customers who sign up and pay for subscriptions are not eligible to "opt out" unless extenuating circumstances persist. Please communicate with a company representative in this instance.

Dorm Drinks LLC may occasionally or persistently display advertisements from outside organizations or businesses. Dorm Drinks LLC is not responsible for the content or visit experience of these websites, though it holds itself to the highest ethical standard in partnering with companies who share our vision and values.
